Instead of throwing taunts and insults at ICE/CBP agents, tell them what they should be doing to protect US citizens. Do this by reading them the Constitution, especially the Bill of Rights.

If confronted, depending on your state law (which may or may not require you to say your name but not to show ID unless you are driving), you can say you are exercising your right to remain silent and you do not consent to any searches, you can ask them if you are being detained and on what grounds, then ask if you are free to leave. Record everything.

I think this is good advice. I’m not convinced the Trumphukian ICE thugs will give a crap. They might let you exercise your right to be silent in a wire cage in Loooisiana!
