They put a depraved deluded vaccine denying non-medically knowledgeable quack as Secretary of HHS to deprive Americans of fundamentals of medical treatment and healthcare.
They put a demented, debauched criminal sexual predator psychopath into the Oval Office to systematically destroy American democracy and implement their autocracy.
