The Question
What will be needed to get the intimidated and the withdrawn as well as the complacent to step up and oppose the Trumphukian cabal? When “They” come at us with batons, dogs, and guns; when “They” break down our doors and haul us off; when “They” weaponize the DOJ and FBI against us agitators calling us terrorists and traitors who will stand up? Will we stand up?
That’s the question: Are we strong enough, determined enough, brave enough to withstand their assaults? Will the college kids come out and stand up? Will the working parents with kids at home stand up? Will the disadvantaged —be they racially non-white or poor white; be they female or male; be they straight or LBGTQ— stand up against Trumphukian tyranny?
Because too few see the emergency for what it is… This is an existential issue—it goes to the heart of our Democracy.
Time to stop playing by THEIR RULES. They subverted the Supremacy court; They emplaced complicit justices throughout the judicial system; They subverted the Constitution; They subverted the Department of Justice.
They broke the fundamental rights of the American people and we must oppose them using every means at our disposal.
One simple question: When will we stand up against their tyranny?
Good list! The intimidated and the withdrawn and the complacent. Mayhaps adding the indifferent?
NOBODY IS COMING TO SAVE US.
I have some hope that, if they cannot be aroused to help crush this regime, the stupid, willfully ignorant and apathetic will stay in their silo and let the rest of us get this shitstorm squared away. Some hope, not a lot. Between their propaganda and AI, we're fighting strong headwinds.
